roots; others know very little. This site is an attempt to help others learn what I've learned about my family history.
In these modern times, families tend to be scattered all over the country, if not the world. One of the goals of this web
site is to help others to connect with the past and with their roots.
Question: I know I'm Choctaw
or Cherokee, but how do I prove it?
Answer: Because there are so few records,
it is unfortunately a difficult task to prove Choctaw/Cherokee heritage. Still, We provide some resources available
for proving a connection to the Choctaw and Cherokee people.
